League scheduling
Updated
Tourny can generate a full season of games across multiple weeks. You pick the dates, weekly time slots, and game length, and Tourny balances who plays who and when.
How to generate a league schedule
- Make sure you've set up your season and added your venues.
- Open the Manage tab and select Schedule.
- Click Manage schedule to open the schedule editor.
- Click Manage games, then select Generate games from the dropdown.
- Enter your season's start and end dates, the game length, the time between games, and the maximum number of games per team per day.
- Add a time slot for each group: the weekday, the start and end times, and the courts or fields to use.
- Add blackout dates for holidays or days your venue isn't available. They're skipped when games are generated.
- Generate and review the breakdown: the total number of games, the weekly schedule, how often each team plays each opponent, and each team's courts and times.
- Confirm the games, make any changes, and click Save.
