How to set up your rounds

1. From your event's Dashboard, click Manage rounds in the setup guide, or open the Manage tab and select Rounds.
2. If you use categories, switch between them with the dropdown in the top right corner. Each category has its own rounds.
3. Set up each round in order. For a round robin with playoffs:
   • Create pools: drag and drop teams between pools, choose the number of pools and how many games each team plays, then generate, review, and save the games.
   • Advancing teams: choose how many teams make the playoffs, and whether they're ranked within their pool or across all pools.
   • Create bracket: review the playoff matchups and add placement games, such as a third-place match. If you use multiple flights, repeat this step for each bracket.

Rounds FAQs

Q: I set up the groups for my season. Where are my games?

A: For a season, games are created when you schedule your league, after setting up your rounds and groups.

Q: Can I update the games in a round?

A: Yes. Return to Rounds in the Manage tab to update them. This may clear games from any rounds that follow the updated round.

Q: Can I change the rounds of my tournament?

A: Yes. To change the rounds, select a new format: go to Format in the Manage tab and click Switch format.
