Custom brackets

Most tournaments fit one of the standard formats, like round robin with playoffs, single elimination, or double elimination. Some events use a bracket with its own rules, like a provincial championship with a set path for every team. Tourny supports these as custom brackets.
Ontario Baseball provincial brackets
Tourny includes brackets for Ontario Baseball provincial championships, for 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, and 16 teams. Teams are eliminated after losing two games, following the provincial bracket layout.
To use one:
- Create your event and choose Baseball as the sport.
- Open the Manage tab and select Format, then click Select format.
- Choose the Ontario Provincials format that matches your number of teams.
- Add your teams and set up the bracket in Rounds.
Other custom brackets
If your event uses a bracket that isn't a standard format and isn't listed above, email support@tourny.ca with a copy or description of your bracket. We'll let you know whether we can set it up and help you get it running. Custom brackets can take some time to prepare, so reach out well before your event.
