Scheduling

Dynamic assignment

Updated

With dynamic assignment, games don't have set times. You put your games in order, and each one is sent to the next court that opens up. It's a great fit for fast-paced sports like badminton, pickleball, or table tennis, where game lengths vary.

How to use next available court scheduling

  1. Make sure you've added your venues.
  2. Open the Manage tab and select Schedule.
  3. Choose Next available court (the label matches your sport, e.g. field) and confirm.
  4. Put your games in the order you want them played, then click Save.
  5. On the dynamic assignment dashboard, click Select courts and choose the spaces to use.
  6. The first games in your order are assigned to the open courts. As each result is submitted, that game moves to recent matches and the next game fills the free court.
