How to schedule your games

1. Open the Manage tab and select Venues.
2. Click Add venue, enter the venue's name and address, and choose how many courts, fields, or diamonds it has. Then click Save.
3. Select the Schedule option and choose a type of schedule. Labels match your sport (courts, fields, diamonds, and so on):
   • Assigned courts & times: every game gets a set time and place before the event starts. This is the most common choice for tournaments.
   • Next available court: order your games, and each one is assigned to the next open court as results come in. This is best for fast-paced sports like badminton or table tennis.
4. Click Manage schedule to build your schedule. You can generate it automatically or enter times manually.

Scheduling FAQs

Q: Can I change the schedule of my tournament?

A: Yes. Return to the Schedule option in the Manage tab at any time to make changes.

Q: How do I see the schedule the way participants will?

A: Open the Schedule tab in your event's sidebar. It shows the same schedule your participants see.
