Scheduling guides

Once your rounds are set up, the next step is putting games on courts, fields, or diamonds. Start by adding your venues, then choose how you want to schedule:

  • Generated schedules: every game gets a set time and place before the event. This is the usual choice for baseball, soccer, volleyball, and basketball tournaments.
  • Dynamic assignment: games don't have set times. Each one goes to the next court that opens up, which suits badminton, pickleball, and table tennis.
  • League scheduling: generate a weekly schedule across a whole league season, with blackout dates.

You can change your schedule at any time, before or during the event.
